Steering for P. Adams Transport Company in the far north
Four weeks on the road in Sweden
We do a lot of steering for P. Adams Schwertransporte and that work takes us all over Europe and even beyond. So in the spring of 2023, we spent four weeks in Sweden, behind the wheel of P. Adams’ trucks. In this case, literally “behind the wheel,” as we lived in our guide bus for those four weeks. We had specially equipped this one with bed, night heater, TV and more, so Nick and Jef – our regular steersmen for P. Adams – had a great time!
Tormoserƶd Wind Farm near Norwegian border
For the wind farm of the Tormoserƶd Project in Sweden, we provided the steering for the exceptional transport of wind turbine wings. We departed from Uddevalla on the Byfjorden and delivered our cargo at RƤmne, near the Norwegian border. The supervision of the exceptional transports was in the hands of Danish and Swedish specialists. The wings were 76 meters long apiece, so we were always on the road with transports 82 m long, 4.4 m wide and 4.5 m high. Overhang? 17 meters!
